Are these like copics and the spectrum noir pens? Will there be refills available and when will the other colors be available? I think there wre about 12 sets of colors in the video.

Yes they are similar. Personally I do like these better than the others and not just because I do SU. The colors are awesome and they seem to blend easier and evenly. The other six sets will be available in August. Rumor has it they will be refillable in the future but nothing offical.Hope this helps! thanks for stopping by
